Aims: To explore and describe behavioural organisational factors playing a role in the adoption of blockchain technology supply network, next to technical aspects.
 Research Questions: (1) “Why would companies use it insert information considered as strategic?” (2) customers consumers trust it?” (3) “Is suitable for every firm?”.
 Study Design/Methodology: A literature review combined with mind mapping describes potentially promising strong aspects vulnerabilities. Limitations present are before moving towards research method that observes, explains predicts relevant human decision behaviour. mixed methods approach qualitative applying Atlas.ti uses participative observations narratives interviews selected interviewees. This Step Wise Two Stage MiniDelphi was used, resulting opinions experts Supply Chain Management, fashion, food, HRM IT.
 Theoretical Framework: Grounded Theory based methodology is used; various types Institutional Isomorphism form main theoretical framework, Resource Based View Dependence Theory. The actual making captured hypothetical LISREL model.
 Findings: Blockchain has potential facilitate secure transfer, meeting demands transparency, traceability, confidentiality, security, integrity availability. However, expires not so much determined by aspects. willingness strategic satisfying downstream actors, balancing actors have upstream actors. Factors make decide adopt price total costs versus perceived additional revenue, reputation competitiveness; coercion, mimetic behaviour, following industry norms, regulation or other external drivers. Using block chain marketing tool only part volume goods occurs. Volatile momentary networks less suitable; situations where supplier no choice but buyer’s controlled buyer.
